STEP1: visit www.gifmaker.me
save all the images you want to use for the animated image in a folder. Go back to the site then click on the Upload Images button, Locate your folder then choose all the images you save earlier then click open, all your images will start uploading one after the other..at the right side of the website you will see control panel where you can edit the gif ,the speed e.t.c.
